The "Easy Payment" link can be found at the top of the website under the 'Pay' tab. Cash payment on the day of service is also accepted.
Reminder Notifications
In order to optimize scheduling and accommodate adverse weather conditions, I will be adjusting our reminder notifications. Standard text reminders the night before each appointment will no longer be sent. However, I will send reminders only if absolutely necessary. If you require a reminder, please inform me promptly. This adjustment allows me to plan more efficiently and maintain adherence to the schedule. Additionally, if I need access to the rear of your property and you need to be present, I will gladly return the following day when you are available to open the gate.
Payment Terms
I kindly remind you that the payment terms remain at 5 days. If you anticipate any difficulties in making payment within this timeframe, please notify me in advance. It is important to settle the invoice within 5 days to avoid automated reminders. Please understand that if I have to repeatedly follow up on payments, I will regrettably be unable to continue providing cleaning services for your property.
Service Cancellation Policy
To ensure the quality and reliability of our services, I would like to reiterate our service cancellation policy. Each customer is entitled to one skip per year. However, any additional skips beyond this limit will result in the cancellation of the service. This policy is in place to maintain fairness and enable me to accommodate all customers effectively.
Rain Guarantee
While rain does not typically affect the cleanliness of your windows, I understand that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the results after cleaning in the rain, please notify me within 24 hours. I will be more than happy to come back and re-clean the windows to your satisfaction. It's worth noting that rainwater is usually pure and of similar quality to the water I use for cleaning.
